		<description><![CDATA[The key point is that much of what we&#039;re trying to do is see things that are already happening.  There is a strong connection between loss of jobs and growth in poverty, and between growth in poverty and growth in many social problems.  Most of loss of jobs in this recession has already occurred, so what we&#039;re trying to do is anticipate the other dominoes that are already falling.

By the way, there seem to be doubts about whether Neils Bohr made this comment.
